SAN JOSE It's Friday, warm outside too. I am absolutely excited to leave today in the after to San Jose,CA because I will be attending my cousins 15 which will be an exciting adventure. My favorite part is the ride,seeing the green grasslands,cattle,clear blue sky. The other thing I enjoy is listening to music and reading on the way too. I can't wait to see my family at last. IGNITE TALK BIG QUESTION: What are strageties to find good finds at the thrift? I could say I have been thrifting for one year and a half and the only thing I've wished for is to find fire pieces like the ones that bloggers I follow on YouTube have found. So, what I did over break to explore my big question was keep on watching the bloggers I follow and round two, The Show, which provides all the fashion lifestyle (now a days) and give me ideas of what might be a jewel. One thing I learned by exploring over break was that if you have good resources they'll lead to you having  good results like I did. A connection I can make with this is our blogs, because people also post about their finds to share it with people that enjoy vintage things, like I do. What I will do next is keep thrifting. WE EAT SOCIAL MEDIA Notably, we can see from the author's use of diction,syntax,tone,and rhetorical strageties to develop his main arguments, are asserted well.   From the beginning, he introduces his tone of what he is feeling about this subject quite unsettled, this is because the subject is the Internet expanding to something more than electronics, social media, and "pictures" portrayed differently than they used to be. Q#3 1982: Describe a place, conveying feeling through concrete and specific detail.    Long afternoons, sunny mornings, and empathy/care is here accompanying us every day in this exact place. OPTION 3 ESSAY ( Well they say "it's better late than never" but it was not correct of me to wait 4or5 days later to start working on my essay. ) In Dr.P's insight on Fahrenheit 451 he expresses himself differently from others. One he states we should "re-read books " so we can actually see the meaning behind everything. I believe it is an accurate suggestion because when we read it once it's just for like a class you have to read it for or for some of you guys out there probably for the grade. As stated before re reading books again make you think differently of what the author is trying to portray and infer all the things differently than the first time we read them. Some usage of syntax and diction Dr.P uses would be forming sentences with examples that we might relate to or specific articles that show involvement with maybe seeing things different when re reading everything again. THE CHASE IS ON 1.) The hound attacked Montag because he just killed Beatty along with the other firemen. 2.) Montag defended himself by stabbing it with a needle and watched it pop up and die infront of him. 3.) He realized that Beatty wanted to die,even though he had the chance to save himself, but chose not too. 4.) Montag ran off to Faber's home. 5.) COLLEGE FAIR WOWZERZZZ I can not believe were months away from becoming seniors, which saddens me a lot. I learned that I am going to turn into a young adult and I will take my own decisions as well as what I want to do with my education and what colleges/ universities I want to attend. It is very scary. Other than that I feel that we all have to go through this and accept that we are getting old and as we are growing we are learning every day which is amusing to me that we are the next generation to fix our world or what awaits for this generation I should say. WHY DO PEOPLE MAKE SUCH A BIG DEAL OUT OF BIRTHDAYS?  (Journal topic) Well to start off Birthdays are a HASSLE! Get the food cooked,invite guests,order the cake, plan a theme for the party, etc. so many things that people want to make into perfection, but sometimes that doesn't end up happening. GREAT GATSBY REMIX "When ever you feel like getting to the break point," he told me," just remember how far you've gone and look at this as an opportunity of striving and not letting the pressure get to you." At that moment I realized how truly this man was being with me and made me more interested in his character, I thought in my head, while he didn't say much we've been quite distant to communicate in a reserved way, which I knew he meant a great impact.

REMIX PROJECT I decided to do a remix on our language we speak. Many of us speak thosands of languages which is an important utility to use in an every day basis. In my opinion I believe we remix many things in the languages we speak. For example, Spanish is my parent language, which in this case I remix a lot of words in Spanish to English or the opposite.It is truly crazy how we do this or how people can speak more than 5 languages and not remix words ? Like how ? what are your tricks! But anywho remixing words to create other words in a new language, or using this in an everyday basis is insane!  WHAT WAS YOUR REMIX ? :)

WHAT IS A "GREAT" PERSON ? ( journal topic ) Today's journal topic was pretty interesting to answer. I started off by defining the word "great" but it really didn't make clarification,so I interpret the word in another way, I used it as what most people see in other people that they consider "great". I assume people see in "great" people the following characteristics:admire,love,caring,respect,etc. they show to others and what makes them have so much aspiration towards these "great" people.  WHAT DO YOU THINK MAKES A "GREAT" PERSON ?

"MUSIC AS LITERATURE" I consider music as literature , this is because famous artists have to use rules that literature teaches us like; literary devices,figurative language, and use of syntax and diction. Besides, the rules they should take into consideration and "follow" doesn't always have to be used because they're their own person and what they create means a lot to them and to the people that are listening to it, and creataes a story. The diffrence between a rap and a opera is VERY DISTINCT. A rap are lyrics that usually follow literary devices like alliteration fo example, while an opera is dramatic play usually a women with a VERY high pitched voice and instruments playing along, but the thing is it's very hard to understand the words she's using so we can't say if she uses literary devices or not . HELLO 2017! Well 2016 was a hectic year,but I've been fortunate of experiencing that year with mindful thinking and approaching things differently. I've grown as a person to think like an adult if I could say,stay responsible of my duties like working (summer time) pay bills (phone) and get used to the ordinary lifestyle like cleaning,cooking,and washing.
